GPS Tracking & Daily Crew Log The crew chiefs
are required to call the Chief Distribution Officer throughout the day with location updates. The position of each
team is recorded via GPS and tracked throughout the delivery process. Our crews are monitored every 15-20 minutes
for quality assurance purposes. Delivery crews understand compensation is tied to verification results.
Address Verification/Independent Auditing (IA) 1% of
all homes that the crew chief views a door hanger on are written down on an address verification form. This shows
an accurate representation of how the crew moved through the area. We can go back and audit these homeowners to
ensure they did receive a door hanger. Auditing is a random process; we do not perform this after each drop due to
homeowner disturbance. Our IA monitors our crew chief and the crew, and reports any irregularities.
Physical Verification The Chief Distribution Officer,
Account Executives, and our Clients all drive the delivery area to ensure the material is being delivered exactly
where the client specified and to ensure each house is covered.
Client Communication Our clients have access to
our GPS reports at the end of the delivery day. We can also be reached throughout the day for status reports.
